Can you believe 2007 is gone?
I just returned from the doctor’s office and once again I only gained 1 lb. I’m very pleased to only have gained 10 lbs through the whole pregnancy thus far. Heartbeat was a strong 158 and she was moving around for the doctor. Her ultrasound stats were very good, measuring right on target. Her organs appeared to be normal. I don’t have to go back until 01/29. I have to do my glucose test before then (not looking forward to fasting.) Other vitals (urine protein and blood pressure) are doing looking good as well. Thank the Lord it’s been a good pregnancy!

Hope yours was a wonderful as ours!!
We had family come up from San Diego to spend the holiday with us. Grandma, Grandpa Crean along with Uncle John and Aunt Jess drove up on Saturday. Uncle Michael, Aunt Gaile and cousin Keira drove up on Sunday (but they are camping at Dad’s favorite Lake Folsom.) We had a great time Sunday night and Christmas Eve (although Mom had to work.) Christmas morning we had a yummy brunch made by Aunt Gaile and opened presents. We even took a family portrait (but we’ll have to wait to get a copy from Uncle Michael.) Grandma and Grandpa left Christmas afternoon as they had to get back to work like Mom. The rest of us went out to Uncle and Aunt’s campsite for good food and interesting debates. Overall it was a great week!
The weekend before we went to Nonna and Papa’s house in Windsor to celebrate with their friends and other family. It was the first time many people saw Mom’s larger belly. We had a great time seeing everyone and playing with cousins. People are having a hard time with not knowing BT’s name though. It’ll be a surprise at the end!
Mom goes back to the doctor on Monday the 31st. She’ll be 6 months come then. Dad and Mom were just talking about how fast it’s all gone. Just a few months before BT is here! She is moving constantly. Dad finally felt her kick (although it was a little creepy at first.) Other family got to feel her as well. Mom’s been feeling good, just like her old self, except for the large belly and ridiculous heartburn. One more month and we’re in the 3rd trimester and heading for the home stretch!!

Ok so Uncle John has the site up. It’s the same format as it was for the Creans before Keira was born. Have fun guessing!

BT is quite the active girl! I’ve been feeling her constantly since the ultrasound. She moves a lot while I’m driving, sitting or laying down. She isn’t quite active while I’m sleeping, at least not to my knowledge, for which I’m grateful! I talked to the OB on Thursday to ask about the ultrasound results and he said everything looked great. Her measurements are right on target in all aspects. Our due date moved up to the 21st which is the date I’ve had in my head the whole time. Hopefully she’ll be on time because it’s right after Daddy’s tournament and that will give him a week with her before he’s off to Lake Mead.

Well as most of you know now, it’s a GIRL! We saw her this morning and are very excited! The pictures are posted. She was very active, moving and flipping around constantly. It was hard to get a good shot of her anatomy but the lack of boy parts was obvious enough. It was amazing to see her! The tech tried to do 3D but she was moving too much. That’s fine as we’ll see her in 20 more weeks! Due date hasn’t changed yet so we’re still on target for the 24th of April. I went to the OB after the ultrasound and heard the heartbeat. It’s still a strong 148-154. Doctor says we’re progressing nicely. I finally gained some wait (7 lbs) and he said that’s perfect since I hadn’t gained much yet. The next appt. is Dec 31 at 9:30am.
We got back from a whirlwind trip to Tenn. and Indiana. It was a wonderful trip and the wedding was beautiful.
