Everyone remarks on how much Miss Reagan looks like her dad. I thought it would be fun to compare his picture with hers. They are both 4 months here. I don’t have any of me yet. My parents are on their way here so when they return home, I’ll ask them to scan some of my pictures in and email to me. From the eyes up, Reagan is looking more like Grandpa Mike.

Lil Miss Reagan had her 4 month check-up today. She weighs 15 lbs 1/2 oz and is 25 inches long. She got all her shots and was such a trooper about it! The doctor said she looks great and is as healthy as can be. He also said we can breast feed her for the first year, no need for any solid foods with the exception of cereal at 6 months.

Last weekend we went to Santa Rosa for Piper’s 1st birthday party. We had fun playing with friends and riding the carousel. Later that night we went to a 50th birthday party for a friend of Nonna and Papa. Daddy came home Sunday and has been playing with Reagan ever since.

Thank you for your concerns regarding Reagan’s tooth and her being fussy. She is much better now, not nearly as needy as she was on Monday. Right now she has been hanging out with Nonna and Papa since yesterday and has been really good for them.

Reagan and Mom got home late on Sunday from South Carolina. Reagan slept on both legs of the flights pretty much the whole time. Seh was a great baby. We saw the rest of the Monlochs in Dallas yesterday as we had a 3 hour layover. Aeden is just adorable!

On Saturday Great-Nana Tuck discovered Reagan has a tooth! On the lower right front there is a little tooth the broke through. Reagan has been drooling for a month or so and has been sucking on her hands and biting things but we felt it was too early for a tooth. Actually Mom thought it was too early and Dad kept thinking it could be it. Today she is being really fussy, poor thing!

What a great weekend Reagan had in San Diego! She met all kinds of family as she attended her cousin Keira’s 2nd birthday party. The party was a blast as usual. Reagan even met her boyfriend, Joseph Anthony Conti. He is just adorable and loves to smile and laugh. Reagan also has started to laugh out loud and smiles a lot for Mom and other people. She seems to enjoy meeting other people. Friday we had dinner at Uncle John and Aunt Jess’s new place after setting up some decorations at Grandpa and Grandma’s house.Then the party was Saturday, pretty much all day. Then Sunday Reagan went with mom to see some old friends for brunch. After a nap we then went to Uncle Mike, Aunt Gaile and Cousin Keira’s house for dinner to celebrate Grandma Pat’s birthday. Aunt Gaile put on quite a yummy spread! Mom had bought the girls matching dresses and we tried t get some pictures but neither girl was really in the mood for it. Gaile did get some cute ones.

On Monday Mom and Reagan flew to Columbia, SC to watch Dad in his big tournament. Once again Reagan did pretty well. We flew to Dallas and she slept most of the way. While there, she got to meet Mom’s Aunt Kelly and Uncle Steve. They made her a cute onesie and bib. Maybe on the way home, she’ll meet some other cousins. She slept most of the way from Dallas to Columbia. Her Dad was so happy to see her.

I’m slacking here, I realize! Getting ready to travel again on Friday. Reagan and Mom are going to San Diego to see the family and celebrate Cousin Keira’s 2nd birthday. She turned 2 yesterday. Then we head to South Carolina on Monday. Whew!

Reagan is so responsive to her surroundings now. She loves to stand up (with help) and look around her. Especially in the back seat of the car when Mom is trying to feed her … she’d rather look out the window (while the car is parked, of course!) She rolled over on her own today, according to Dad. She still spins around on her blanket. When on her back, she’ll push her butt up with her feet as if she’s trying to stand. Her sleep pattern is still sporadic but has slept through the night the past couple of nights!
